Bring any art materials you fancy as well as a yoga mat, blanket and pillows. The sessions are appropriate for all levels.

Founding Director, Jagat Joti Kaur loves the art of yoga and the yoga of art for a creative, juicy life worth living. She is an artist, Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer and a Sacred Numerology Counsellor with the Karam Kriya school - which simply understood this is the study and alignment to universal truths and training in the fine art of communication. In her earlier adulthood she worked as a photographer and designer for clients in London such as the Design Council before her love of community healing arts drew her to work in the hospital setting.
